Shipping Policy

Most of our gear is made to order. Here is how production and shipping work, and what to do if a package goes sideways. Returns and exchanges have their own policy page.
Production time
Made-to-order apparel is printed in the USA and is typically out the door in 1 to 3 business days. Items that are in stock ship on the next business day.
Shipping and tracking
We ship within the United States. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the building. Shipping cost, when it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Digital items
Digital goods such as wallpapers and entry bundles do not ship. They are delivered to your email and your account immediately after checkout, and any entries they earn are itemized on your receipt.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a shipping address. We can update it any time before the order ships; after it ships, the carrier's address-change options apply.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking stalls or a package arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund after we confirm the issue with the carrier.
